2022-AND A NEW SEASON BEGINS
Dear Friends of Abbondanza Farm
Thank you for visiting my web site
Last year at this time, as the pandemic had us in it's grip, I wrote in this space that I was optimistic that we would come out of this with a better sense of what was valuable and worth holding on to and what we needed to permanently abandon because it never really served us or our beautiful planet.
Well after another truly hellish year, I still remain hopeful.
Okay some days are harder to convince myself of that than others, but in the balance....I remain positive. And I am looking forward to an exciting, productive and beautiful season.
I am in desperate need of an intern for the 2022 season. To see the complete job description please follow this link.

WORKSHOPS 2022
Education and activism is an important element of what we do here at Abbondanza Farm and after an unplanned and unwelcome two year hiatus (Thanks Covid.) I am looking forward to being able to offer you a series of informative and practical workshops on a range of topics to help you learn to grow and transform your own food and provide you with the skills to live more sustainably.
Please visit the Workshop page for all the details on this seasons events.

SEEDLING SALES 2022
I will still be offering beautiful and delicious seedlings to plant in your gardens but in order to really put my energy into workshops, I have decided to just offer a wide selection of heirloom tomato plants for sale this year. After all, I am the Tomato Princess.
They will be available for purchase at the greenhouse or the Mansonville Farmers Market.
MANSONVILLE FARMERS MARKET 2022
I am happy to report that the market will be opening for the season in May, (Exact date TBA) and will run until Thanksgiving week-end, 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Last year, in spite of the pandemic we still had a fantastic market season with so many people coming to show their support for our local producers, their delicious food and beautiful artifacts.
And this year I am happy to say that the music and special events are back.
Visit our Face Book page Marché Public Mansonville Public Market for all the great activities happening this season.
We will have some terrific new vendors this year and of course all the proper safety protocols will be in place. So come one and all!!
Take care of yourselves and your family. Better times are here.
